    • 1.红豆提前一天用水泡发。
    • 2.红枣清洗干净。
    • 3.去除枣核。
    • 4.红豆放入高压锅中,加入没过豆面2cm左右高度的水,盖盖烧煮15分钟。
    • 5.开盖,放入红枣,不盖限压阀继续煮20分钟。
    • 6.煮好晾凉。
    • 7.放入破壁机中,启动果蔬汁程序。
    • 8.打成细腻的豆泥,倒到不粘锅中,中小火炒制,要勤翻炒,小心溅出来烫伤。
    • 9.放入猪油,加油炒会使豆沙吃起来更滋润。
    • 10.放入红糖吃起来更香。
    • 11.快炒好时放入熟核桃碎和糖桂花同炒。
    • 12.锅铲炒过时有明显纹路,这时豆沙差不多做好了,不用炒的太干,等下凉后还会干一些。
    • 13.融合了红枣、红豆、核桃、桂花的香味,甜度适宜,非常好吃。
