夏日凉嗖嗖的饼干——薄荷饼干
炎热的夏天是薄荷最茂盛的季节,泡水喝根本就跟不上它的生长速度。摘了一大把嫩叶,做了薄荷吐司,再烤点薄荷黄油饼干吧。意想不到的是,加了薄荷叶的饼干,吃在嘴里,丝丝凉意直往喉咙里钻。夏天食用,少了几分甜腻,多了些许清凉,非常值得一试的饼干。

Steps to make 夏日凉嗖嗖的饼干——薄荷饼干

  • 1.软化好的黄油中加入白糖,用打蛋器低速打至糊状,分次加入蛋液,搅打均匀。
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉和薄荷叶碎,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将模具中铺上保鲜膜,将饼干糊倒入模具中,压平整。放入冰箱冷冻一个半小时至饼糊硬固。
  • 4.切成厚0.7cm左右的小块,码入铺好油纸的烤盘中。
  • 5.将烤盘放入预热好的烤箱。烘焙要求:170度,上下火,中层,烤15分钟左右。烤至表面微黄,即可。
  • 6.出炉后的饼干,放烤网上晾凉。
  • 7.彻底晾凉后,装入密封的饼干罐内存放。
