Steps to make 英式奶油司康

  • 1.将准备好的食材,面粉、泡打粉及盐,放在容器混合搅拌;
  • 2.将淡奶油倒入容器,先倒一半,用刮刀随意翻拌几下,再倒入葡萄干和余下的淡奶油拌匀;
  • 3.把面团稍微按压平整成圆型,大约1.5厘米厚;
  • 4.用切刀分割成8份,放入烤盘;
  • 5.200度烤20分钟,至表面金黄色即可出炉,沾上果酱趁热吃口感最佳。
