自制美味腊肉
“秋风起,食腊味!”
这是一句广东的老话了!就是秋天到了,秋风起的时候,做腊肉,吃腊味的时候到了!广东的腊肠和腊肉都很出名,很有风味!我看这几天天不错,也买了两条不错的五花肉自制了一点,第一次做,不也做太多,没想到风味很好,老公和朋友都说好吃,而且主要是自己做得放心!
所以,昨天我又买了几十块钱五花肉,准备做第二批了,哈哈!真的好好吃哦!用来蒸味,做煲仔饭很棒啊!回头也学做一下腊肠好了!

    Steps to make 自制美味腊肉

    • 1.五花肉洗净沥干,去皮(不去皮也行,但是风干后会很硬,基本咬不动,所以还是不要的好)
    • 2.加入盐,一点老抽,生抽,姜,酒和糖;
    • 3.用手充分按摩入味;然后入冰箱腌12小时以上;一天一夜更入味啊~
    • 4.第二天取出,用开水焯至变色
    • 5.重新入调料再抹一下;
    • 6.然后用绳子串起来,放阴凉处风干,有太阳时也可以晒一下;
    • 7.约1-2周,腊肉就做好啦,食用时清水洗一下,上锅蒸熟即可!食时切片~(如果腌得不入味,食用时也可再沾少许生抽,生抽跟腊肉的油混在一起,也是超级香的啊)
