    Steps to make 银耳糖水

    • 1.银耳泡发后洗净撕小块。放入锅内,加水。
    • 2.准备好红枣、桂圆肉、枸杞、百合、雪山玫瑰(普通玫瑰也可以。)
    • 3.把红枣、桂圆肉、百合、枸杞洗净一同放入锅内。
    • 4.玫瑰搓碎。
    • 5.搓碎后的玫瑰也一起放入哦。
    • 6.开始煮了,煮开后转小火20分钟左右。
    • 7.注意观察,煮至银耳胶质出来放入冰糖即可关火。
