Steps to make 抹茶小酥饼

  • 1.先称量50克白糖,
  • 2.再加入50克玉米油,
  • 3.用手动打蛋器,搅拌几下,
  • 4.加入50克鸡蛋,
  • 5.搅打至粘稠有纹路,
  • 6.筛入160克低筋面粉,2克泡打粉,1克小苏打,再加入5克抹茶粉,
  • 7.用筷子搅拌均匀,
  • 8.用手轻揉成团,静置10分钟,
  • 9.团成13克左右的小球,用手心按扁,码入烤盘,
  • 10.入烤箱,中层,180℃,上下火,烤12分钟,
  • 11.烤至小酥饼表面有些许开裂即可。
