  • 1.准备适量的大米和糯米(大米糯米的比例2:1)
  • 2.准备两个八角和适量的花椒和干辣椒
  • 3.干锅放入大米糯米小火慢慢炒
  • 4.小火炒几分钟后放入八角接着小火慢慢炒
  • 5.炒至米稍微变黄时放入花椒和干辣椒接着小火慢慢炒,把花椒和辣椒香味炒出来米变黄色就好了
  • 6.炒好倒出来凉五分钟。
  • 7.然后放入料理机里打成粉即可,不要打的太碎,要保持有颗粒感
  • 8.成品图。
  • 9.打一次够用两三次了,蒸什么都美味
