玉米鸡肉肠
上次做香肠剩了一节肠衣,女儿说了几次想吃玉米鸡肉肠,今天就满足她。

Steps to make 玉米鸡肉肠

  • 1.玉米罐头沥干水分备用。
  • 2.鸡胸肉洗净,撕掉筋膜,切块。
  • 3.分次放入搅拌机中打成肉泥。
  • 4.将搅好的肉泥放入大的容器中,加入一个鸡蛋,盐,胡椒粉和2汤匙米酒,搅拌至上劲,发粘有弹性。(搅拌好的肉馅可以提前做成一个丸子煮熟,尝一下口感和咸淡,如果肉馅有点干,可以加点水搅拌均匀)
  • 5.加入100克玉米粒搅拌均匀。
  • 6.肠衣洗去盐分,用料酒和水浸泡10分钟左右,取一节肠衣,穿在灌肠器上,一端打结。
  • 7.将肉馅灌入肠衣中,用棉线扎好。
  • 8.用消毒过的针在香肠上扎几下,排出里面的空气。
  • 9.冷水入锅,加入几片姜,中小火煮熟即可。捞出冷却后,装入保鲜袋,放冰箱冷冻保存。
