腌辣椒豆
一个腌辣椒豆和情定今生的主题有啥关系哩?!不要急哦亲,这个菜对我来说,那关系可是大了哩!听我慢慢说哦。
我和老公是大学时期的同学,我们上大学那个年代物质虽然已不算匮乏,但是经济条件有限,父母都是死工资,虽然那时有点奖学金补助,但也还是不够的。所以每次开学时都会从家里带一些能存放的食品,特别是咸菜类的,做为餐饮补充。而他的爸爸特别会做腌菜,他常常带学校一些。有时就会分享给我们来吃,我自然是被分享最多的那个啦,这个辣豆就是当时特别美味的小菜啦!一般的腌菜都没有油,而这个辣豆的不仅仅有鲜辣椒、花生米和黄豆,还是用香油腌拌的,常常打开瓶子,那小磨香油的味道就飘散开啦,引的同学们来争抢,常常是一瓶辣豆一顿饭功夫就被吃光光。为了能让我多吃一点,他总是会带几瓶,到学校直接整瓶的就分给我啦,每个学期都是这样的,就是这辣豆,俘虏了我的心,那么情定今生的菜肴对我来说一定的非他莫属啦。
结婚后我跟着公爹学会了做这个辣豆,也常常会做一点来吃,每次做这个辣豆时,我老公都会开玩笑说,如果不是这个辣豆,还追不到我哩,哈哈

  • 花生米100g
  • 红辣椒250g
  • 小磨香油25g
  • 75g
  • 40g
  • 白酒50g
  • 香菇精1小勺

Steps to make 腌辣椒豆

  • 1.鲜的带把的红辣椒,挑没有一点毛病的洗净,晾干表面水分。我是放太阳下晒了半天。一定要晾干表面水分哦,否则容易坏。洗之前不要去把,否则水分容易进入辣椒里面,就容易坏啦。
  • 2.黄豆和花生米用水浸泡半天
  • 3.然后把花生米和豆子煮熟,然后控干水分备用。最好是分开煮,我偷懒一起煮了,颜色就不是很好看了。
  • 4.晾好的辣椒去把,切段,放入干净的料理机绞肉杯中绞碎
  • 5.花生米黄豆放下面,上面放辣椒
  • 6.把糖,盐,白酒,小磨香油和香菇粉全部放入
  • 7.拌均匀,然后放入密封的容器中腌制1周就可以吃了。
  • 8.这是密封盒里腌制好的辣豆,我总是吃了就停不下来的。
