自制桑椹果酱
去姐姐家采摘的桑椹,吃不完又放不住,做点桑椹果酱,放冰箱里能多放些时间,抹面包吃,拌水果吃都非常不错!

    Steps to make 自制桑椹果酱

    • 1.新摘的桑椹剪去绿色的小根。
    • 2.放水龙头底下冲一冲就行。
    • 3.控干水份。
    • 4.放入白砂糖腌半个小时。(放冰箱里)
    • 5.大红枣去核切小碎块。
    • 6.桑椹压碎。
    • 7.放入小锅中煮开。
    • 8.加入红枣碎,小火慢煮。
    • 9.挤入半个柠檬汁,一直小火慢慢熬煮。
    • 10.熬煮到果胶出来的时候,就有些干了,要用铲子不停的翻炒,炒到能成团就可以啦。
    • 11.容器要事先用开水烫一下控干,装入炒好的果酱,密封盖严倒扣,放凉后放入冰箱里冷藏,可以放的时间长一些。
    • 12.满满的青花素,紫红色非常漂亮,酸酸甜甜的怎么吃都好。
