孩子们不怎么爱吃肉,但是把猪扒按照他们喜欢的口味煎一煎的话马上被秒光。

  • 玉米淀粉1大勺
  • 少许
  • 鸡精少许
  • 橄榄油1小勺

Steps to make 煎猪扒

  • 1.猪扒肉洗净沥干水分,切成厚度相等的薄片。
  • 2.用刀背将肉的两面轻剁。
  • 3.取一个稍微大点的容器,将盐,鸡精,酱油,椒盐粉,孜然粉,白胡椒粉,玉米淀粉和橄榄油倒入搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将剁好的肉放入用手抓匀,静置10分钟入味。
  • 5.锅中刷油大火烧热,将猪扒码放好中火煎至成金黄色。
  • 6.翻面,同样煎至成金黄色。
  • 7.加入少许清水。
  • 8.加盖焖至收汁即可关火,中途翻面一次。
  • 9.不爱吃肉的孩子们对这个却情有独钟。
