花生酱面包卷

  • 蛋液30克
  • 牛奶95克
  • 杏仁片适量(装饰)
  • 1/4小勺
  • 细砂糖25克
  • 干酵母3克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 花生酱面包卷

  • 1.称取面团所需材料,黄油除外放在盆中混合。
  • 2.搅拌成团无干粉,放在面包机中。
  • 3.启动第一个和面程序,13分钟。
  • 4.程序结束,面团光滑,可以拉出粗糙较厚的薄膜,加入软化的黄油。启动第二个和面程序,13分钟。
  • 5.程序结束,面团揉至扩展阶段,可以拉出小片不易破的薄膜,适合做调理面包。取出放盆中发酵。
  • 6.面团体积两倍大,发酵完成。
  • 7.取出面团,撒干粉,揉捏面团,排除空气。
  • 8.松弛10分钟,擀成薄厚均匀的长方形面片。
  • 9.用橡皮刮刀,均匀涂抹花生酱。
  • 10.短边卷起。
  • 11.卷成筒状面卷,收口捏紧。
  • 12.将面卷用利刀分割成六等份,切面向上,放入纸膜。面包胚二次发酵。
  • 13.发酵完成,体积约两倍大。
  • 14.面包胚表面刷一层薄薄的全蛋液,撒适量杏仁片装饰。送入预热180度的烤箱中层,上下火烤18分钟至面包表面金黄。
  • 15.烤好的面包,放凉后密封保存。
