  • 8.揉搓排气
  • 9.分割均匀等分
  • 10.取一份,擀成椭圆形
  • 11.然后从上面往下折个小边,两面往里再折一点
  • 12.卷成卷,两边往里收一下
  • 13.膜具里刷点油,卷好的坯放在里面
  • 14.放在烤箱里,第二次发酵,可喷洒点水,醒大约30–40分钟
  • 15.醒发好后,可以烤啦,烤箱180度预热20分钟,上下火烤20–25分钟
