Steps to make 玫瑰苹果派--圣诞礼物

  • 1.面粉筛入盆内,放入软化的黄油丁,将其搓成屑状
  • 2.放入糖粉搓匀
  • 3.再倒入蛋液。
  • 4.将其折叠成团,不要过份揉捏,放入冰箱冷藏松弛1小时以上
  • 5.在锅中倒入鲜牛奶、动物性淡奶油、蛋黄、糖、玉米淀粉、低筋面粉
  • 6.然后彻底搅拌均匀至无颗粒
  • 7.将搅拌好的混合物加热,边加热边搅拌,直到混合物变得浓稠,离火冷却即可
  • 8.苹果洗净表皮,对半切开,去核,切薄片。放入淡盐水中浸泡,防止氧化变黑
  • 9.锅中放水加一勺糖,煮开后,取七八片苹果片放锅中煮一分钟至软
  • 10.将煮好的苹果片吸干水份,依次压住卷起即成苹果花
  • 11.将冷藏好的派皮取出,案上撒一些低筋面粉防沾,用擀面杖将其擀成比披萨盘大的薄片,覆盖在抹油的派盘上,用擀面杖在派盘上滚一圈,切断多余的派皮,用叉子将派皮底扎眼,防止烘烤时起鼓
  • 12.多余的派皮擀开后用模具压出树叶形状,再用刀划出叶脉
  • 13.做好的树叶依次摆在披萨盘边缘
  • 14.把煮好的馅料放入披萨盘内,用手压实(如要漂亮可装入裱花袋中,挤圈的方式挤入派皮里)
  • 15.盐水浸泡的苹果片用厨房用纸吸擦干水份,表面均匀的围圈铺上一层苹果片
  • 16.中间放入卷起的玫瑰苹果花。烤箱预热180度,上下火,35分钟。将苹果派拿出,苹果表面刷蜂蜜,再放入烤箱烘烤5分钟,烤好的苹果派可以再刷上一层蜂蜜即可食用。
