  • 1.准备材料,五花肉,香菇泡好的,洋葱
  • 2.五花肉切丁,用料酒腌制10分钟,去除腥味和杂质。
  • 3.鸡蛋煮好,放在卤水里。
  • 4.洋葱切小丁
  • 5.香菇泡好,切成丁
  • 6.葱姜蒜切末
  • 7.锅内加少许油炒香葱姜蒜
  • 8.接下来放入洋葱碎一起炒
  • 9.炒出香味,加入五花肉丁
  • 10.五花肉变色
  • 11.加入二十三香,鸡精,料酒,胡椒粉,生抽,老抽,冰糖,一小碗花椒水开始翻炒
  • 12.等炒到水分只有一半的时候放入卤蛋,再加花椒水一碗再加温水稍没过肉为止
  • 13.准备卤水一小碗
  • 14.加入锅内,在加入一勺料酒,开小火开始炖,炖到锅内水分只剩下四分之一关火即可
  • 15.煮好小白菜,放在碗中,大米煮好,配上卤肉,卤蛋一起吃,味道不错哦
