Steps to make 珐琅锅焖小龙虾

  • 1.小龙虾用刷子清洗干净,从尾部去除内脏。
  • 2.清水泡30分钟,沥干水份备用(中间换水1到2次)
  • 3.月桂叶、茴香、八角用开水泡好备用(大料水)
  • 4.珐琅锅预热,倒入油,放入蒜、姜炒香后,再放三勺豆瓣酱翻炒。
  • 5.放入备好的小龙虾,炒到小龙虾变色
  • 6.倒入泡好的香料汁,放入辣椒翻拌
  • 7.加入适量的啤酒,等热气上来后, 盖上锅盖转小火闷30分钟
  • 8.揭开锅盖,将备好的香葱结与食盐加入锅内搅拌,盖上锅盖闷三分钟即可食用。
  • 9.香喷喷的可以开吃了,根据自己的爱好,可以放辣椒哟,
