  • 1.所需食材:婆婆丁、木耳、花生米、蒜、洋葱、味精、糖、醋、蚝油、香油、海鲜酱油。
  • 2.婆婆丁清洗干净,撕成小段。
  • 3.木耳切小块。
  • 4.洋葱切小块(我家没有洋葱了用的小毛葱)。
  • 5.都放到一起。
  • 6.蒜切末,小米辣切碎(不加小米辣也行)。
  • 7.冒烟的热油浇一下。
  • 8.盐少许。
  • 9.两勺海鲜酱油。
  • 10.米醋少许。
  • 11.蚝油少许。
  • 12.糖少许。
  • 13.香油少许。
  • 14.混合成料汁。
  • 15.倒入处理好的食材里。
  • 16.用手翻拌均匀。
  • 17.完成。
