  • 1.先煮蛋,俩!应该都会吧,水烧热丢下去用中小火煮10分钟左右确保中心煮熟,捞出晾凉取出中心蛋黄,蛋白和蛋壳自行处置。
  • 2.对了,黄油也要提前拿出来放软就可以用,糖粉60g,黄油100g,低粉100g,鹰栗粉100g很好记。
  • 3.把无冤无仇的黄油和糖粉打成这样(*/ω\*)
  • 4.用筛网过筛蛋黄,继续用打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 5.将过筛的低粉和鹰栗粉加入盆中
  • 6.慢慢混合均匀即可
  • 7.然后就搓成团或者你喜欢的形状进冰箱冻半小时
  • 8.原配方说是搓成10g一个,我烤了感觉会太厚,所以都是6g一个,揉圆摆盘用手指一压就有花瓣了~喜欢吃别的味道可以加芝麻、巴旦木片 之类的,如果是粉类材料比如芝麻粉、奶粉就在之前的步骤里加上会比较均匀
  • 9.上下火170℃烤15分钟,不过具体调整要看自家烤箱脾气哟,据说每台都略有偏差,内部空间结构也不一样。我喜欢用上火175℃,下火170℃,给大家参考下~
