千层肉饼

Steps to make 千层肉饼

  • 1.猪肉提前去皮,洗干净,大葱洗净。猪肉切块,大葱切段
  • 2.将猪肉和大葱一同放入破壁机打成肉馅。
  • 3.搅拌好的肉馅加盐和十三香搅拌均匀待用。
  • 4.准备面粉,慢慢倒入热水,用筷子不断的搅拌,到这种程度即可。面要比平时烙饼的面软一些才好吃。
  • 5.和成面团。
  • 6.因为面比较软,所以多撒一些干面粉,防粘。和好的面团分成几个拳头大小的面剂子。
  • 7.取其中一个面剂子,擀成饼状。
  • 8.铺上四分之三的肉馅,用刀在肉馅的旁边把面皮划断。
  • 9.将面皮叠起来
  • 10.每一层都叠起来
  • 11.最后叠成三角形。
  • 12.再擀成饼状。
  • 13.平底锅里倒入适量的油,中小火烧热,放入饼。
  • 14.烙至两面金黄即可
  • 15.烙好的饼切一下。
  • 16.可以开吃了。
