自制蒸肉米粉
蒸肉米粉是制作粉蒸肉和其它粉蒸类食品不可或缺的食材。以前需要米粉时都会到超市去购买,虽然方便,但总觉得米粉的香味不是太浓。后来自己学会制作后,就再也没买过,而且自己做的米粉非常香,做法也极为简单,有兴趣的朋友也可以试试哦。

Steps to make 自制蒸肉米粉

  • 1.备好糯米(也可以用大米)
  • 2.将糯米倒入炒锅内,开中火翻炒
  • 3.糯米中的水分炒干后转小火翻炒
  • 4.炒至糯米金黄即可盛出散热
  • 5.炒好的糯米放凉后,倒入料理机的碾磨杯中进行打碎(打出来的的颗粒要粗点)
  • 6.加工好的米粉可以随时烹饪!
