  • 雲吞皮適量
  • 紅蘿蔔1块(磨碎)
  • 蔥花1根
  • 香油1勺
  • 胡椒粉4g
  • 甜醬油2勺
  • 3g
  • 10ml
  • 素蠔油3g

Steps to make 一口肉肉包(雲吞皮)

  • 1.材料準備好。
  • 2.先放入調味粉。
  • 3.攪拌均勻後再加入10克水再次攪拌均勻。
  • 4.舀一勺肉餡在雲吞皮上。
  • 5.隨便包上捏實(把剩下來的全部做完)。
  • 6.平底鍋上倒油,小包收口朝下放入,中小火煎至金黃。
  • 7.播過另一面煎至金黃。
  • 8.再在平底鑊邊倒入兩三勺水,蓋上鍋蓋燜至水收乾即可。
