Steps to make 西红柿鸡蛋猫耳朵

  • 1.面粉中放入一勺盐,用温水和成稍硬一点的面团,醒面半个小时。
  • 2.面团醒好后,切成条状剂子。
  • 3.擀成比饺子皮稍厚一点的面片。
  • 4.然后改刀切成指甲盖大小的方块。
  • 5.接着可以用铲子的背面、小饭叉、并排的筷子等,搓成猫耳朵。
  • 6.将鸡蛋打散炒熟,捞出备用。
  • 7.重新起油后,先放入葱姜蒜炒香。
  • 8.然后放入西红柿、盐、十三香、白糖、酱油翻炒均匀。
  • 9.西红柿炒沙后倒入适量清水。
  • 10.水开后放入鸡蛋、蚝油搅拌均匀。
  • 11.淋入水淀粉。
  • 12.最后放入味精、鸡精搅匀出锅。
  • 13.猫耳朵煮熟后过凉水。
  • 14.浇上臊子。
  • 15.喜欢吃辣的再来勺油泼辣子。
