玉米油曲奇
上网查看制作曲奇的方子,基本上都是用黄油的,所以像我这种只吃素的人,即使想吃这曲奇饼干也一直没有付诸行动。今天上网无意中看到一个不用黄油,用植物油也可以制作曲奇的菜谱,于是马上查看立即效仿。因为是第一次做没有经验,这面团的干湿度也不知合不合适,所以成品出来没有预想的效果好,花纹也不是很明显,不知是什么原因。

  • 玉米淀粉20g
  • 玉米油40g
  • 40g
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 玉米油曲奇

  • 1.盆中倒入玉米油、糖
  • 2.用电动打蛋器低速打发
  • 3.鸡蛋1枚打入碗里搅散
  • 4.将搅散的蛋液倒入盆里
  • 5.继续用电动打蛋器打发至蛋液有纹路即可
  • 6.筛入面粉与玉米淀粉的混合粉
  • 7.搅拌均匀( 这时的面糊比较浓稠)
  • 8.将面糊倒入裱花袋中
  • 9.挤到烤盘上(看似挺容易操作起来还真有难度,花纹挤得很难看)
  • 10.全部弄好
  • 11.预热烤箱190度烤30分钟
