  • 1.地瓜洗干净
  • 2.把地瓜的皮和根部都去掉
  • 3.切成小块放入碗里
  • 4.放入面粉,让没一块地瓜都黏上面粉
  • 5.锅里多放一些油,等油7成热后,就可以放入地瓜来炸了哦,不要一次放很多,要分开没一块地瓜
  • 6.把所有的地瓜都炸好后控油
  • 7.拿一个盘子,盘子上面刷一层油,这样盘子就容易清洗了
  • 8.不粘锅里面放一点点的油
  • 9.放入白糖翻炒,这个时候要用小火,不断的搅拌
  • 10.慢慢的就可以看到糖开始冒泡,颜色变深,用勺子搅拌感觉能拉出丝来我们的糖就熬好了
  • 11.放入地瓜翻炒,让地瓜都粘上糖就可以装盘了,在地瓜上面撒一些彩色汤装饰
