非常喜欢吃蛋糕卷,奶油的,果酱的做了不少,但是甜食吃久了难免会腻。这款肉松蛋糕卷还是第一次做,自制肉松的咸香搭配蛋糕的松软,吃着一点都不腻,我一个人可以干掉一大块呢!

  • 白醋3滴
  • 玉米油30克
  • 白糖80克
  • 50克

Steps to make 肉松蛋糕卷

  • 1.5个蛋清加白醋,盐,分3次加60克白糖打至湿性发泡。
  • 2.4个蛋黄加20克白糖打匀,分次加玉米油打匀。
  • 3.加50克水,打匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉。
  • 5.拌匀。
  • 6.蛋黄糊里加3分之1蛋清,拌匀。
  • 7.拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩下的蛋清中。
  • 8.翻拌均匀。
  • 9.拌好的面糊倒入烤盘,左右晃几下,把面糊摊平。再震一下,去除面糊里的大气泡。
  • 10.烤箱预热175度,中层上下火烤18分钟。
  • 11.烤好的蛋糕立即扣在烤网上。
  • 12.盖油纸。
  • 13.再盖一块干毛巾,保湿。
  • 14.晾至不烫手,把蛋糕翻面,抹沙拉酱。
  • 15.放肉松。
  • 16.卷起。
  • 17.放至蛋糕完全冷却后去掉油纸。
  • 18.切块。
  • 19.美味肉松蛋糕卷。
