  • 1.排骨洗净,冷水下锅,开火
  • 2.大火煮至水开,煮出血沫
  • 3.捞出排骨,冲净浮沫,放到电炖锅里,姜拍破,放进去,添加适量清水
  • 4.选择“排骨汤”程序
  • 5.煮了两个小时的汤
  • 6.冬瓜去皮去籽洗净切片或块
  • 7.程序结束前20分钟,放入切好的冬瓜,继续盖上锅盖炖,至程序结束,调入盐,吃的时候加上些许香菜末即可
