印花饼干
有一次,一位达人传到空间里一张印花饼干的图片,我这个喜欢那!赶紧询问,我没见到过的,非要琢磨出个所以然! 百度搜、淘宝搜,终于找了自己喜欢的印花模具。赶紧动手做了!
这个樱桃小丸子的,是我最喜欢的!

  • 黄油110克
  • 低粉200克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 奶粉20克
  • 红曲粉10克
  • 可可粉10克

Steps to make 印花饼干

  • 1.将黄油软化,加入糖粉;
  • 2.将黄油打至蓬松状,分次加入蛋黄,再次打至蓬松,每次加入的蛋黄要打至和黄油充分融合后再加下一个;
  • 3.加入奶粉和过筛的低粉;
  • 4.用翻拌铲将低粉与黄油充分翻拌。
  • 5.用手将黄油面和成光滑的面团,放入保鲜袋里,入冰箱冷藏1小时;
  • 6.取出面团,取一小部分,擀成3毫米的面片,将印花模板放在面片上,用小粉刷,沾上可可粉(或其它红曲粉),刷在模板的镂空处,轻轻拿起模板;
  • 7.用同样形状的切模切出形状;
  • 8.移至平的烤盘里;
  • 9.将烤盘放在烤箱的下二层,130度,烤15~20分钟;
  • 10.待温度降低后,轻轻取出饼干,晾在烤架上。
