  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.木瓜切丁备用。
  • 3.将150毫升的牛奶加适量的糖,放微波炉加温,不需要沸腾。稍凉再用。
  • 4.取两个鸡蛋的蛋清,搅打均匀,和温牛奶混合。
  • 5.把木瓜粒和一半牛奶、鸡蛋清混合液放在空碗里。隔水蒸5分钟。
  • 6.再倒入剩下的混合液,蒸至凝固。表面放几颗木瓜装饰。
