韭黄煎蛋,很简单普通的家常菜,和平常的韭菜煎蛋大致无异,不过韭黄口感比韭菜要好一点,比较脆甜

  • 1.首先准备材料
  • 2.韭菜挑拣洗净后切段,小香葱也切段
  • 3.鸡蛋打在盆里,加少许生抽打散
  • 4.锅里加油,油不要太少了,倒入韭黄和葱段翻炒至断生
  • 5.然后加入盐调味,盐要尽量炒匀化开
  • 6.倒入蛋液,凝固前翻炒几下让韭黄分布均匀,然后整平整摊开
  • 7.一面金黄后翻面煎至金黄即可,可以切小块再出锅
