Steps to make 情人节的草莓酸奶慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.先在8寸活底蛋糕模里铺上戚风蛋糕片,围上草莓。
  • 2.淡奶油里加细砂糖,打至六分发,放入冰箱冷藏室备用。
  • 3.草莓打成汁。
  • 4.放入鱼胶粉,搅拌均匀,小火加热至鱼胶粉融合,关火。
  • 5.将草莓汁与草莓酸奶混合搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再将打发的淡奶油与5混合。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入铺好蛋糕和草莓的蛋糕模里,冷藏至少3个小时,直接拿出来吃就OK了!哇哈哈……
