Steps to make 花式蓝莓裸蛋糕,天然健康,返璞归真的原始美味

  • 1.鸡蛋、砂糖、转化糖混合,打发至粘稠发白,倒入面粉、泡打粉搅拌成无粉粒面糊。
  • 2.在面糊中分多次倒入融化的黄油拌匀,再加入柠檬皮屑翻拌均匀。
  • 3.烤箱提前使用160℃预热,将面糊倒入模具中,再放入烤箱中层烤制35分钟左右。
  • 4.蛋糕烤好后脱模冷却切开几层,奶油打发至稳定,蓝莓洗净沥干。
  • 5.蛋糕烤制好后脱模冷却,中间切开,在夹层和表面抹上奶油,放入蓝莓。
  • 6.最后在蛋糕表面抹上奶油,撒上糖粉,用花草装饰即可。
