  • 1.材料准备好
  • 2.牛肉逆着条纹切自己喜欢的大小
  • 3.切好的牛肉冷水下锅,放料酒和姜片,焯水后捞出
  • 4.姜蒜切片
  • 5.锅里热油,爆香姜蒜
  • 6.接着放入牛肉煸炒一会
  • 7.炒至牛肉微焦放入沙茶酱
  • 8.再放入生抽、老抽、料酒
  • 9.接着兑入清水,煮开
  • 10.转入沙煲,放入冰糖,大火烧开,小火慢煮1小时
  • 11.接着放入白萝卜同煮
  • 12.煮至白萝卜软熟后放少许盐提味即可
