原味曲奇
此方参考了孟老师的奶酪饼干配方,略有调整。平凡朴实的原味曲奇,不论是自家食用还是送人,都是不错的选择,平凡之中见真情。与其它几款曲奇或者糖霜饼干搭配一起,做个礼品盒,真是超赞呢!

  • 无盐黄油80克
  • 糖粉60克
  • 香草精3滴
  • 低筋面粉110克
  • 奶粉20克
  • 全蛋液40克

Steps to make 原味曲奇

  • 1.所有材料准备好
  • 2.黄油室温软化,加入糖粉、香草精
  • 3.用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 4.用电动打蛋器打成顺滑状后,分3次加入全蛋液,高速搅打均匀,每次都要等蛋液与黄油充分融合后再加入下次的蛋液
  • 5.搅打成光滑细致且颜色稍微变浅的奶油糊后,筛入低筋粉、奶粉
  • 6.以不规则的方向搅拌至无干粉状态
  • 7.取6瓣大号花嘴入裱花袋中,将裱花袋套入一个合适的杯子上,将曲奇糊装入袋中,然后用刮板将曲奇糊往袋子前方推整齐
  • 8.挤了两盘,一盘可先入烤箱,另一盘放在冰箱里,稍后再用
  • 9.入预热好的烤箱中,上火160度,下火140度,中层,20分钟左右(此步可根据自家的烤箱来调整),用余温再焖5分钟左右后再出炉
  • 10.晾架上晾凉后,入罐密封保存
  • 11.阳光下的曲奇真的很美
