宝宝营养代餐粉
俺家小宝贝小的时候,我经常做这种代餐粉,宝贝也喜欢吃。现在大了,已经上学前班了,跟着他的爸爸妈妈,早上需要在家吃饭。但是早上孩子们的时间太紧张,顾不上做太复杂的食物,于是我就做了些代餐粉,早上来不及的时候可以快速做出一碗粥,搭配主食,孩子吃的饱,营养全,他的爸爸妈妈也不用太费时间。这个代餐粉是以大米为主,大米选用的是美食天下精选的五常稻花香,添加的菠菜,南瓜和山药等粉,也都是自己做的,给孩子吃是特别的放心。而且加了很多是山药和南瓜粉,对孩子的脾胃保健也是很好的。

  • 小米60克
  • 山药粉60g
  • 南瓜粉30g
  • 菠菜粉10g
  • 红枣干40g
  • 芝麻60g

Steps to make 宝宝营养代餐粉

  • 1.菠菜开水焯烫去除草酸,然后挤干水分,烤箱95度左右低温烘干。
  • 2.烘干的菠菜晾凉。
  • 3.破壁机打细粉。
  • 4.南瓜切片也是烤箱低温烘干,然后放入破壁机。
  • 5.打成细粉。
  • 6.过筛看一下,基本没有粗颗粒,很细腻。
  • 7.大米和小米放入面包机,用自动翻炒功能炒30分钟,把米炒熟。
  • 8.炒熟的米和红枣干一起放入破壁机打粉。
  • 9.铁棍山药去皮切片,低温烘干后也同样打粉。
  • 10.打好的各种粉。
  • 11.混合。
  • 12.过筛。
  • 13.把芝麻和晒出来的粗一点粉一起再打粉。
  • 14.最后混合一起,过筛检查,此时基本筛不出粗的颗粒了,非常细腻的营养代餐粉。
  • 15.吃的时候取适量的粉,开水冲也可以,最好是用小锅煮开,会更浓稠,口感也更好。
