三黑粥

Steps to make 三黑粥

  • 1.准备所有食材。
  • 2.黑豆前一天晚上洗干净用清水浸泡一晚上。
  • 3.锅中加水,将泡好的黑豆放进去,里面加少许食用碱和两滴油。
  • 4.水开后将洗干净的米放进去烧开。
  • 5.洗好的红枣放进去烧开。
  • 6.黑芝麻放进去烧开,中小火炖煮50分钟左右。
  • 7.时间差不多粥也熬的浓稠了关火。
  • 8.喜欢吃甜食的也可以加些红糖。
