Steps to make 草莓小麻薯

  • 1.60g过筛的糯米粉放入无油无水的干净微波炉可用大碗中
  • 2.把60g草莓加入,用指尖捏碎草莓并与糯米粉均匀混合
  • 3.分3次加入60ML冷水,每次都要用橡皮刮刀擦底搅拌至无颗粒再加入下一次
  • 4.一次性加入90g细砂糖,用刮刀搅拌均匀
  • 5.在大碗表面覆盖保鲜膜,用牙签在保鲜膜上戳几个洞,送入微波炉叮1分钟,戴隔热手套取出,用刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 6.再次在大碗表面覆盖保鲜膜并戳洞,送入微波炉叮3份30秒,每隔1分10秒都要戴隔热手套取出用刮刀翻拌一遍再继续加热
  • 7.4、加热结束取出再次翻拌一遍,然后把整个麻糬面团用刮刀转移到筛了玉米淀粉的油纸上
  • 8.在面团表面也均匀筛上玉米淀粉,待摸上去不烫手之后整形成均匀的长方形
  • 9.装入保鲜袋送入冰箱冷冻半小时后取出切件,并用毛刷刷掉多余的玉米淀粉即可
