可可杏仁曲奇
记得刚学烘焙那会饼干做的很多哈
简单快手而且很容易获得满足感的
后来觉得黄油糖量有点重
也就面包之类的做的多了
不过出行游玩的时候还是愿意做点饼干解馋的

可可杏仁曲奇
很喜欢的一款饼干
口感酥脆很是好吃的
做过好几次却也没有认真拍照过

住隔壁的同学买大杏仁时错买成杏仁片了
一大包就丢给我做饼干了
好吧,看来最近可以批量生产了吧

  • 黄油120g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 糖粉40g
  • 可可粉15g
  • 玉米淀粉15g
  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 杏仁片50g

Steps to make 可可杏仁曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化
  • 2.加入白砂糖和糖粉打发
  • 3.可可粉,玉米淀粉和低筋面粉过筛
  • 4.用刮刀刮拌均匀
  • 5.加入杏仁片
  • 6. 刮拌均匀
  • 7.用手整成长条状放冰箱冷冻30分钟左右
  • 8.取出切片
  • 9.均匀的码在烤盘上
  • 10.放入预热180度的烤箱烤18分钟即可
