小熊起了莼鲈之思,于是做了这道粗犷的西北牛肉泡馍。
买不到羊肉,用牛肉也不错。
飘着红油的热辣汤汁,将白吉馍质朴的味道烘托出来。大块吃肉,大口喝汤,直到身子都暖暖的:)

  • 1.牛肉切小块,下水汆一下; 把浮沫去掉,牛肉捞出待用牛肉汤待用
  • 2.土豆切小块,青椒切小片,青萝卜切小块,木耳泡发待用
  • 3.热油, 将干红辣椒和蒜瓣炒香,加入牛肉炒香,加入各式蔬菜炒香;将炒香的混合物放入高压锅,压大概20分钟
  • 4.白吉馍切成指甲盖大小;也可以自己掰成适口大小
  • 5.白吉馍调入步骤3里的汤汁,煮大约3分钟即可。此时白吉馍还比较有嚼劲,如果你喜欢软软的口感,再多煮个3分钟
