全蛋蛋糕
自从有了烤箱就没再用面包机做蛋糕,今天心血来潮,想再试试重温一下用面包机做蛋糕的感觉,成品还不错。

  • 玉米淀粉40g
  • 40g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 玉米油30g

Steps to make 全蛋蛋糕

  • 1.称量好所需材料
  • 2.鸡蛋打在无水无油的盆里,先加一半的糖用电动打蛋器打发
  • 3.打发至鸡蛋起泡再加入另一半的糖
  • 4.一直打到蛋液表面画纹路不会马上消失即可
  • 5.筛入面粉与玉米淀粉的混合粉
  • 6.切拌翻拌均匀
  • 7.倒入面包机桶里用力震出气泡,外面包上锡纸
  • 8.提前5分钟开启烘烤功能键预热,烤制45分钟即可
  • 9.烘烤结束倒出蛋糕晾凉
