七夕玫瑰花饼干

Steps to make 七夕玫瑰花饼干

  • 1.黄油化开之后加入糖粉!
  • 2.打发均匀!
  • 3.分两次倒入蛋液!
  • 4.搅拌均匀!
  • 5.然后筛入面粉滴一滴实用粉色色素!如果感觉发干可以适量的加点水!
  • 6.揉成面团之后放置一旁醒半小时!
  • 7.同理揉出一个放抹茶粉的面团!醒30分钟!
  • 8.用圆形的东西刻出一个个圆片!
  • 9.五个或者六个为一组,排好!
  • 10.从上到下卷起来!
  • 11.从中间一切为二,之后把所有的都做好,放到一旁备用!
  • 12.同样的把抹茶面团擀成片刻出圆形,如图!
  • 13.之后用刀切成树叶的形状,不用太死板,随意的形状,然后用刀刃压出纹理!
  • 14.然后把花的底部用虎口部位慢慢收拢,之后竹签子固定到画的里面,如图!
  • 15.然后借用水把叶子部分黏在花上,之后全部做好,烤箱预热180°15到20分钟就可以了!
