Steps to make 泰国冬阴功汤

  • 1.准备好今天要用的材料。
  • 2.大虾和青口贝洗净备用(青口贝要用刷子多刷几遍)
  • 3.要用的香料。
  • 4.锅内放油烧热,倒入姜末和蒜末炒香,放入大虾。
  • 5.大虾两面炒红倒入泰国冬阴功酱
  • 6.炒匀放一边备用。
  • 7.起锅放500g的水,水开后放入墨鱼丸,蟹肉棒,青口贝下去煮熟。最后倒入炒好的虾和酱料,再次沸腾后关火。
  • 8.出锅,挤入柠檬汁,加入薄荷和柠檬片,清香扑鼻。
  • 9.酸辣可口,十分入味~
