野餐小点心香蕉酥
香蕉酥!乍一听名字第一反应是否感觉它是以香蕉为原料做的一款点心呢~实则不然哦,呵呵~只是形似香蕉而已啦!做这款点心的初衷呢,是想把之前做月饼时留存的转化糖浆和前两天炒制的红豆馅解决掉。由于是第一次尝试这款点心,心里非常没底呢。不过我的香蕉酥出炉不久,就被家人哄抢一空了!老公边吃边说,以后就要多尝试新口味的点心!女儿也很喜欢它,说有种老式点心的感觉,而且一再强调出游野餐时带着当点心太适合啦!~

  • 面粉250g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 红豆馅100g
  • 转化糖浆40g
  • 泡打粉2g
  • 凉水50g
  • 全蛋液少许
  • 白糖35g
  • 色拉油50g

Steps to make 野餐小点心香蕉酥

  • 1.鸡蛋打开,白糖加入,准备好色拉油和转化糖浆。
  • 2.全部倒入蛋液中,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 3.将2g泡打粉加入面粉中。
  • 4.再将之前准备好的蛋液材料倒入面粉中。
  • 5.充分混合,揉匀成面团,饧片刻。
  • 6.将面团搓成长条,揪成10个剂子,把剂按成中间稍厚的圆皮。
  • 7.将红豆馅同样操作,并揪成10个剂子。
  • 8.将豆沙馅包入面皮中,借助虎口,收拢剂口成馒头状。
  • 9.将所有包好的面团收口朝下,稍饧,搓成两头尖、长约10厘米的菱形状,再整成香蕉状。
  • 10.把生坯摆入放好油纸的烤盘内,刷上全蛋液。
  • 11.放进预热好的烤箱中层,170度烤制20分钟,观察鼓起,呈金黄色即熟。
  • 12.摆个Pose,来张特写哈~
  • 13.看看里面的馅料很充足吧!这款点心的特点是形似香蕉,甜酥可口哦~
