Steps to make 苹果红枣银耳羹

  • 1.准备好材料,银耳1朵,苹果2个,红枣适量。
  • 2.先提前把银耳清洗干净后用冷水泡发好待用。把泡发好的银耳去掉根蒂,稍撕成小朵后,放入砂锅中,加入足量的清水。
  • 3.大火转中小火焖煮至银耳开始黏稠时,放入清洗泡好的红枣。
  • 4.继续焖煮,至银耳出胶,加入适量冰糖。
  • 5.苹果去皮去核,切成小块。
  • 6.放入砂锅中焖煮至苹果变软就可以熄火了。
  • 7.香香甜甜,软软糯糯的苹果红枣银耳羹,冬天来上一碗,暖胃又暖身。
