Steps to make 自制甜不辣

  • 1.野生草鱼一条,自己掉的
  • 2.去骨去次去皮,留下鱼肉
  • 3.将鱼肉剁碎,或用食物调理机打碎
  • 4.加入淀粉,盐,胡椒粉、五香粉和一点冰水
  • 5.用甩打的方式将鱼肉打出粘性,完成的鱼浆会很粘且有弹性
  • 6. 将上劲儿的鱼泥装在三角袋里,剪口待用
  • 7.锅里热油,将鱼泥挤出条状入锅油炸
  • 8. 炸至金黄即可取出,撒胡椒粉或者沾甜辣酱都很好吃哦!!
