Steps to make 杏鲍菇炒鸡脯肉片

  • 1.将杏鲍菇清洗干净。
  • 2.从中间剖开,斜刀切成片。
  • 3.线椒去蒂洗净,斜刀切成马蹄形。
  • 4.鸡脯肉剔去筋膜,切成薄片,放盐、生抽、生粉、料酒、蛋清。
  • 5.抓拌均匀,腌制10分钟左右。
  • 6.炒锅放油烧热,放入肉片翻炒片刻,炒干水分。
  • 7.放入葱花、蒜蓉、小米椒,炒出香味。
  • 8.放入杏鲍菇、线椒、胡萝卜片、少许生抽。
  • 9.翻炒均匀。
  • 10.放入适当的盐。
  • 11.再少许老抽着色。
  • 12.最后放少许味精,翻炒均匀即可。
