Steps to make 南瓜糯米糍

  • 1.南瓜清洗干净上锅蒸熟。(用量可根据需要适当减半)
  • 2.为了口感好,蒸好的南瓜去掉皮。
  • 3.用筷子划圈搅拌成泥状。
  • 4.准备糯米粉。(和面的时候是不需要加水的哦,南瓜泥含的水分足够了)
  • 5.加入糯米粉,先用筷子搅拌几下以免沾手。(南瓜具有甜度,就没再加糖。也可随个人喜好添加适量的白糖)
  • 6.和成软硬度适中的光滑面团。
  • 7.把面团搓长条,分切大小均匀的小面块。
  • 8.团成小圆球。(可包入豆沙之类的馅料,如果沾手可摸少许油防粘。)
  • 9.盘子里摸上一层油,放入小圆球,上锅大火隔水蒸8分钟即可。
  • 10.出锅后,趁热立刻裹上一层椰蓉。
