Steps to make 椰浆凉粉

  • 1.先来准备一下制作凉粉所需要的食材。
  • 2.1杯豌豆淀粉加入1杯椰浆搅拌均匀,细腻无颗粒。
  • 3.清水5杯倒入锅里煮至微沸的状态,即冒泡但没有完全烧开。
  • 4.将拌好的椰浆凉粉糊慢慢倒入锅里,边倒边搅拌。
  • 5.用小火煮至沸腾关火。
  • 6.选择一个合适的容器来盛放煮好的椰浆凉粉,要不粘的,这样凝固之后比较好脱模,放凉15分钟,再送入冰箱冷藏定型。
  • 7.我这个冷藏了一个晚上,已经完全凝固了。
  • 8.取一块出来切成长条,摆在盘子里。
  • 9.黄瓜切丝,辣椒切丝,小葱切丝,香菜切末,大蒜切末放到碗里,加入酱汁调好味道。
  • 10.将配料摆放到椰浆冰粉上,再浇上酱汁,最后摆上蔓越莓鲜果,可以上桌啦。
