Steps to make Fanggua Dumplings
- 1. Mix flour and water evenly until dough is formed. Wake up for about 25 minutes and knead once to make the dough smooth
- 2. Chop the pork and put it into a container. Add vegetable oil, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, cooking wine, white pepper, delicious soy sauce, scallions, and ginger. Stir well and marinate until fragrant.
- 3. Wash and cut open the square gourd, remove the pulp and seeds, use a vegetable cleaner to wipe it into shreds, add a little salt, stir well, and marinate for a while to remove water
- 4. Squeeze out the water from the shredded watermelon and chop it into small pieces with a knife
- 5. Mix well in the meat filling.
- 6. Wake up the dough and knead it into long strips, pull it into a pill, knead it into a round shape, press it flat, and roll it out into a dumpling skin
