Steps to make 洋葱烧鲫鱼

  • 1.备材料,鲫鱼用小许涂抹全身,其他材料切丝、切段
  • 2.中火热锅,下橄榄油
  • 3.把吸干水份的鲫鱼下锅
  • 4. 鲫鱼两面稍煎金黄色
  • 5.下姜丝与洋葱丝稍煎一会
  • 6.下用所有调味料与水调成的汁(盐少放一点)
  • 7.加盖中火煮3分钟,改小火把鱼烧至熟透
  • 8.下葱、香菜
  • 9.再烧一会,关火上碟即可食用
