  • 蛋液40g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 酵母4g

Steps to make 蔓越莓玫瑰花面包

  • 1.牛奶、鸡蛋等液体依次加入面包桶,糖加在一边角落,盐加在另一边角落,筛入高筋面粉,在面粉上面挖一个小洞,放上酵母后再盖上面粉,启动两个和面程序,然后再启动发面程序发酵60分钟
  • 2.发酵好的面团取出排气揉匀,均匀的分成20个面团,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 3.取4个面团,擀成圆形,分别撒上黑加仑和蔓越莓
  • 4.从一头卷起,成玫瑰花型
  • 5.中间切开
  • 6.每个面包心部用蔓越莓点缀,码入烤盘
  • 7.放入烤箱二次发酵,45度40分钟
  • 8.发酵好的面团取出刷上蛋液
  • 9.烤箱预热,160度上下火烤20分钟
  • 10.OK!出炉。
